Solution if you can not browse on your BlackBerry SmartPhone devices


What happens if you arrive - arrived we could not browse on your BlackBerry SmartPhone device when you have activated the BIS full service package, confused bete sure ..!. Before you decide to re-install your BlackBerry or bring it to services or even call customer services mobile operator, you should do tips from us first.

Here are tips to overcome the solution BlackBerry SmartPhone devices are unable to browse:
  1. Sign in to Manage Connections -> Mobile Network. In the Network Mode Solections change to manual and change the Network Mode to 2G/3G.
  2. Go to Menu Options -> Date / Time. Make sure the Time Zone column = Bangkok (+7), in column Date / Time set to Automatic.
  3. Make sure the settings on default MDS is "Internet Browser", in the menu Options -> Advanced Options -> Browser
  4. Clear Chache do on the browser, run the browser from the home screen then press the menu button (BlackBerry logo)
  5. The next step is to re-register at HRT (Host Routing Table), Go to Options menu -> 5 times
  6. The last step is after you do all five (5) steps Diata, do Hard Reset loose batteries in a way your BlackBerry SmartPhone, let stand about 30 seconds and then plug it in again.
Now you try browsing again.
