1. On the BlackBerry PlayBook tablet, open the "Options" by pressing the gear picture in the upper right corner on your tablet screen.
2. Next press the BlackBerry menu on the left side of the ID / list menu.
3. Then you press edit or Pencil icon to the right of the "Change Password"
4. And press the "Forgot password?"
5. Latest please enter your password / secret answer to the question you created when BBID initially formed and press "OK"
6. Next you can open the email you use as user name on your BBID.
7. Make sure you get an email from "bbidpw-donotreply@blackberry.com"
8. Open the email and click the link "Change your BlackBerry ® ID password" to enter a new password.
9. Please enter a new passorwod on a new page after you click the link.
